Course Duration: 3 Days
Projects follow a natural series of steps that takes them from their inception to their close. These natural steps have been used as basis for the order of this programme.
The growing use of teams in today's organisations has caused marked changes in the manner in which project managers 'manage'. The managers of today cannot function effectively in the new team-driven culture without major changes in philosophy, attitude, and method of managing. Projects provide an organisational focus for conceptualising, designing, and creating new or improved products and services.
In today's highly competitive market, project management has become one of the most valued skills in all types of organisations.
This programme provides the skills, setting out process, methods and tools to enable a smooth and successful project.
